Replacement Filters for WAGNER FUMATOR Minivac & SAMF
The WAGNER FUMATOR extraction systems of the Minivac and SAMF series have been well established in industrial air filtration for many years – both under the WAGNER label and as OEM versions offered by manufacturers such as EWM, LORCH, DINSE or TRANSLAS.
For these systems, we offer precisely fitting replacement filter cartridges – manufactured to original dimensions, with triple-notched flanges, verified gaskets, and high-quality filter media (PTFE coating or ePTFE membrane). Our filters are designed for dust class M.
Important: Please carefully compare your currently installed filter cartridge with our technical specifications before placing an order. Many WAGNER units are now equipped with third-party filters that no longer match the original design. Examples include:
- missing flange with three notches
- closed end cap with drilled hole instead of open
- different gasket constructions
We supply accurate replicas of the original Wagner filters – and can also offer customized variants according to customer specifications if needed.

Our replacement filters for the FUMATOR Minivac and SAMF stand out for their high quality and performance. The filter cartridge for Minivac with ePTFE membrane is designed to capture even the finest dust particles directly at the surface. Thanks to its microporous structure, the filter is easy to clean, which significantly extends its service life. With a filter surface area of 5 m², the cartridge achieves a separation efficiency of ≥ 99.9% and meets dust class M, tested according to DIN EN 60335-2-69.
The filter cartridge is compatible with WAGNER, TRANSLAS, EWM, and LORCH models. It provides a reliable alternative to the WAGNER part number 450754 and is perfectly suited for use in high-vacuum extraction systems. With its well-thought-out design – open at the top with three notches and seals at both ends – it is easy to install and ensures maximum sealing performance during operation.
For the WAGNER FUMATOR SAMF, a 10 m² alternative cartridge made of polyester fleece with PTFE coating is used. The original manufacturer’s part number is WAGNER 450701.
On request, we also supply the filter cartridges with a precoat additive, which extends service life and further improves surface cleanability.
