Filter cartridges for VALCO extraction systems
Find compatible alternative filters for VALCO made from flame-retardant blended fleece with nanofibres. For VALCO SAX, we offer two cartridges measuring 350 × 660 mm with 23.9 m² of filter area: open/open and open/closed with a hole. Our range also includes the 325 × 660 mm cartridge with 21 m² for VALCO extraction equipment.
VALCO: industrial dust and welding fume extraction
VALCO has developed industrial dust collection solutions since 1986. Its range extends from mobile extractors to central filtration systems with ductwork, extraction arms and extraction tables. In metalworking, these systems capture dust and fumes from processes including welding, grinding and thermal cutting.
SAX systems use horizontally mounted filter cartridges. A side-mounted pre-separator removes coarse particles from the airflow before the air passes through the filter medium. Compressed-air pulses then release dust deposits from the cartridges. Our SAX replacement filters are designed for this type of cleanable filtration.

The two SAX cartridges have different end caps and original part references. The model page brings together the open-ended cartridge and the cartridge with a closed base and mounting hole.
