CAREMASTER IFA – Replacement filters and prefilters
The TEKA CAREMASTER IFA is used for mobile welding fume extraction at welding stations in metalworking. Our TEKA filter range includes suitable main filters and prefilter mats. Its multistage filtration combines a prefilter mat for larger particles with the main filter cassette that follows.
For the H13 version, we offer alternative main filters corresponding to TEKA 10030 and prefilter mats as replacements for TEKA 10032. Choose between aftermarket filters and genuine filters from KEMPER, offered as suitable alternatives for the CAREMASTER. H13 main filters for TEKA CAREMASTER IFA
The main filter cassettes offered measure 610 × 610 × 292 mm and have a filter area of 17.1 m². They use nonwoven glass fibre media in an MDF frame and are disposable filters. As an alternative to TEKA 10030, choose an aftermarket filter or genuine KEMPER main filter 1090227. Cross-reference number 1090004 is also listed for the KEMPER product. Dimensions, filter class and reference numbers are shown with each product.
Prefilter mats as an alternative to TEKA 10032
The suitable nonwoven polyester prefilter mats are available in packs of 10. They measure 605 × 605 × 17 mm and are offered as ISO Coarse 70 % / G4. Choose between an aftermarket pack and genuine KEMPER pack 1090033, both offered as alternatives to TEKA 10032. The prefilter mat captures larger particles before the air reaches the main filter. You can reorder both filter stages to suit your needs and keep prefilters in stock for future changes.
