TEKA AirCube: compatible replacement filters and cartridges
For the TEKA AirCube, we offer compatible replacement cartridges with 25 m² of filter area. The 327 × 1200 mm cartridges are available with a PTFE coating or a laminated ePTFE membrane. Both versions fit the AirCube and are designed for jet-pulse cleaning.
The AirCube extracts fumes and dust from metalworking. This stationary TEKA system combines automatic filter cleaning with controls that can adjust operation to the production process. PTFE coating or ePTFE membrane
The 25 m² cartridge with PTFE coating uses a polyester fleece medium. The non-stick coating helps deposited dust detach during compressed-air cleaning. An internal support cage and external straps stabilise the filter pack; the medium is potted in resin at both ends.
The 25 m² cartridge with ePTFE membrane has a microporous membrane laminated onto the polyester fleece. It captures fine dust at the filter surface, where it can be removed during cleaning. Both cartridges have the same overall dimensions and 25 m² of filter area each.
Replacement options for TEKA filter references
The PTFE-coated version is offered as an alternative to TEKA 100050250, 1000501420250 and 6161200225308. The membrane version is also offered as a replacement for TEKA 6161200325308.
AirCube for welding fumes and metalworking dust
TEKA developed the AirCube for production areas where welding, cutting or grinding generates fumes and dust. The system family includes VarioControl, which connects extraction to production operating data and controls filter cleaning and suction performance. Our replacement cartridges capture particles in this system; their jet-pulse construction enables compressed-air pulses to clean the filter medium.
Accessories for AirCube cartridges
For the PTFE-coated polyester fleece cartridge, we recommend Precoat in a 400 g tub or Precoat in a 1 kg tub. This filter aid is used for initial treatment and supports cleaning and longer filter life. The disposal bag with cable tie is available for used 1200 mm cartridges.
