Filter plate for TRUMPF MF dust extractors
Our ePTFE filter plate with 5.07 m² of filter area is an alternative to TRUMPF 345064, also listed as 0345064 in the genuine parts catalogue. The catalogue assigns this reference to MF 25/5/1, MF 30/6/1, MF 40/8/1 and MF 50/10/1 dust extractors. This selection brings together the replacement for all four models.
Laser cutting produces fine particles that are captured by the connected extraction system. The filter plate separates them within the filtration unit. Our version combines pleated polyester fleece with a laminated ePTFE membrane.
Replacement for original reference 345064
The filter plate measures 574 × 1004 mm and provides 5.07 m² of filter area. It is designed for cleaning. The membrane supports surface filtration: dust collects on the surface, where it can be released during cleaning. The product is rated dust class M with a separation efficiency of at least 99.9%.
Sealing ring included
The compatible sealing ring is included. Its recorded original reference is TRUMPF 345065. The plate and seal are supplied together for replacement, so the ring does not need to be added separately.
