Filter cartridges for DANTHERM FMC / FMCZ
For the 1390 mm version of DANTHERM FMC and FMCZ, we offer two compatible alternative filters with 14 m² of filter area per cartridge: flame-retardant blended fleece or blended fleece with nanofibres. Both measure 180 × 1390 mm and are designed for repeated cleaning.
The FMC/FMCZ family belongs to DANTHERM Filtration’s industrial cartridge collectors. Pre-separation and compressed-air cleaning support dust filtration in applications such as metalworking. The long cartridges fit a large pleated filter area into a slender design.
Two media for the long cartridge design
The blended-fleece cartridge is our alternative to NEDERMAN CA175-145F; the nanofibre version is our alternative to NEDERMAN CA178-145F. Its fine nanofibre layer supplements the flame-retardant base medium for dust capture. Both elements have 14 m² of filter area and are rated dust class M.
DANTHERM, DISA and NEDERMAN
These names are connected in this equipment family: DANTHERM sold its filtration business to NEDERMAN in 2010. Both cartridges are also listed for DISA FMC/FMCZ and NEDERMAN MCP. These links help you find a replacement when the unit and its previous filter carry different manufacturer names.
