KEMPER FilterMaster – main filters and prefilter mats
The KEMPER FilterMaster is a mobile extraction unit that captures welding fumes at the workplace. Its filter arrangement comprises a replaceable main filter cassette and separate prefilter mats. Both stages are available here as KEMPER originals or compatible alternatives.
The FilterMaster uses main filters corresponding to reference 21400, with 13.3 m² of filter area, and prefilter mats corresponding to 1090033, supplied in packs of ten. Find other models in our KEMPER mobile units overview.
FilterMaster with a disposable filter cassette
The mobile FilterMaster's extraction arm can be positioned at the welding station. Captured fumes pass through the prefilter stage to the main filter. The unit uses a disposable filter: once loaded, the main filter is replaced.
Choose an original or an alternative to KEMPER 21400
The main filters measure 592 × 592 × 292 mm and provide 13.3 m² of filter area. Their medium is glass fibre fleece with aluminium separators; the products are specified as ISO ePM1 55 %. The original KEMPER main filter and the compatible alternative to 21400 are separate products.
Add prefilter mats as a separate stage
Mats corresponding to reference 1090033 capture coarser particles before the main filter cassette. Made from polyester fleece, they measure 605 × 605 × 17 mm. The original KEMPER pack and the alternative prefilter pack each contain ten mats; the product specifications state ISO Coarse 70 % / G4.
Glass-fibre medium with aluminium separators
Aluminium separators sit between the pleats of the glass-fibre medium. They keep the pleated surface apart and give the cassette its internal structure. Both the genuine KEMPER main filter and the compatible alternative offered here combine glass fibres with these separators.
