Replacement filter for PLYMOVENT MFD
For your mobile PLYMOVENT MFD welding fume extractor, we supply the compatible 20302645 filter box with 50 m² of filter area. The alternative filter arrives already precoated: unpack it and install it directly. The initial coating is included in the price.
The MFD can be moved to the welding station and captures fumes through its extraction arm. This filter box supplies the unit's disposable filter stage with flame-retardant, phenolic-resin-impregnated cellulose in 550 × 550 × 590 mm.
Supplied precoated
The applied precoat forms an initial protective layer on the filter medium. You save the work of applying it yourself and do not need additional precoat for this first treatment.
Large media surface in a square filter box
The cellulose is pleated and impregnated with phenolic resin, providing a large filter area within the square box. As a disposable filter, it retains captured particles in the medium and is replaced when saturated. The extractor has an aluminium prefilter ahead of this main stage; the box offered here replaces the main filter.
Accessories for filter replacement
The box is the alternative to PLYMOVENT DuraFilter FCC50, EUROMATE 9850060050 and LINCOLN K1673-1. The disposal bag is for packaging the used filter. The same replacement filter also fits SFD. More replacement filters: PLYMOVENT, filter cartridges.
