Filter cartridges for PLYMOVENT MFS and SFS
For PLYMOVENT MFS and SFS, we offer a matching cleanable filter cartridge as an alternative to DuraFilter FCC-30 / 9850060110. Its flame-retardant cellulose medium provides 30 m² of filter area. Factory precoating is included in the price.
MFS is designed for mobile welding workstations, while SFS is a stationary wall-mounted filter unit. Both use the same filter format, so their replacement filters share this selection.
Mobile MFS and stationary SFS
PLYMOVENT develops extraction solutions for welding fumes and industrial workplaces. MFS and SFS suit different workshop layouts: the mobile MFS can be moved between welding stations, while the SFS keeps floor space free at a fixed workstation.
Both units use RoboClean compressed-air cleaning. It cleans the main filter section by section, with the released particles falling into the dust collection container. The cleanable filter cartridge with 30 m² offered here matches this filter system.
FCC-30 alternative with precoat included
The round cartridge measures 480 mm in diameter and 600 mm in height. Its cellulose medium is impregnated with phenolic resin and is flame-retardant. The precoat already applied protects the medium from direct particle loading and supports cleaning. We take care of the initial coating: the filter arrives precoated, with no extra charge for this step.
