Main filter 1090010: original or alternative
The original KEMPER main filter cassette and the compatible alternative to 1090010 measure 610 × 610 × 292 mm. Both have 15.8 m² of filter area, glass fibre fleece media and a metal frame. The products are specified as ISO ePM1 55 %. The original product is manufactured by KEMPER; the alternative is offered as a compatible replacement filter.
These cassettes are disposable filters. They collect particles in the medium and are replaced when sufficiently loaded.
Knitted aluminium prefilter 1090013
The KEMPER aluminium prefilter is the upstream filter stage. It measures 610 × 610 × 15 mm and captures coarser material before the main cassette. The prefilter is offered as an individual original part.
Two materials for the filter stages
The main filter contains pleated glass-fibre fleece in a metal frame. The pleats fit a large media surface into the compact cassette. The separate aluminium prefilter uses knitted metal instead: it captures coarser particles before the air reaches the main filter.
