KEMPER FilterTable – main filters, prefilter and activated carbon
The KEMPER FilterTable combines a workbench with integrated extraction for welding and grinding. Fumes and dust are captured beneath the material support and routed through the filter stages inside the table. A maintenance door provides access to the filters.

Main filter 1090010 with 15.8 m²
The original KEMPER main filter and the compatible alternative to 1090010 are cassettes measuring 610 × 610 × 292 mm. Both offered products have 15.8 m² of filter area, glass fibre fleece and a metal frame. Their filter class is ISO ePM1 55 %.
Distinguish the prefilter from optional activated carbon
The knitted aluminium prefilter 1090013 measures 610 × 610 × 15 mm. It captures coarser material before the main cassette.
The original carbon mat 1090345 and the matching alternative carbon mat measure 572 × 566 × 20 mm. In suitably equipped tables, they supplement particle filtration to reduce odours.
Activated carbon in open-cell filter foam
The alternative activated-carbon item uses polyurethane foam impregnated with activated carbon. Its open-cell structure lets air flow through the insert. The activated carbon complements the main filter to reduce odours. The main cassette, aluminium prefilter and carbon pad remain individually available replacements for their respective stages.
