KEMPER MaxiFil activated carbon – filter components and complete set
In the KEMPER MaxiFil with activated carbon, a carbon stage supplements welding fume filtration. The mobile unit is intended for regular work producing medium quantities of fumes and dust. Its extraction arm captures fumes at their source; the additional carbon stage reduces gases and odours.
Here you will find particle filter 1090504, activated carbon component 1090505 and complete KEMPER set 1090515. The two individual components are used together.
Particle filtration and activated carbon work together
The MaxiFil activated carbon version combines a prefilter, a particle filter and the carbon stage. These stages perform different jobs: the prefilter captures coarser material, the pleated medium separates fume particles, and the activated carbon reduces gases and odours.
Upper filter component 1090504 with 34 m²
The original KEMPER filter component with prefilter provides 34 m² of filter area and filter class E12. It is 600 mm in diameter and 311 mm high. A knitted aluminium prefilter is integrated into this component. It is intended for use together with activated carbon component 1090505.
Choose carbon component 1090505 or the complete set
The KEMPER activated carbon component 1090505 measures 600 × 137 mm in diameter and height. It is used together with filter component 1090504. If you need both units, choose the complete filter set 1090515.
These filters belong to the Safe Change Filter system. The removable filter units form part of the housing and use disposable filter media.
Activated-carbon filling and particle-filter medium
The activated-carbon section forms the separate adsorption stage for gases and odours. In the upper section, cellulose with polyester nanofibre fleece forms the pleated particle-filter surface. The integrated aluminium prefilter captures coarser particles ahead of this stage.
