Filter cartridge for AJAN Jet Filter System
The AJAN Jet Filter System collects dust from CNC plasma cutting systems. Compressed-air cleaning removes dust from the filter elements and directs it into the collection bins. We offer the compatible alternative filter cartridge for this extraction system.
The cartridge provides 23.9 m² of filter area in a 350 × 660 mm format. Its flame-retardant blended fibre fleece with nanofibres is designed for cleaning.
Compatible cartridge for cutting extraction
The filter cartridge is open at the top and closed at the bottom with a 13 mm mounting hole. The cross-reference is DONALDSON 2626309-000-440.
Filter medium for cutting dust
The flame-retardant blended-fibre medium carries an additional nanofibre layer. Its pleated surface collects dust in the Jet Filter, while compressed-air pulses release the deposits during cleaning. The cartridge has a 240 mm internal diameter, with the filter medium arranged around the internal air passage.
