KEMPER AirDome: compatible filter cartridges for hall ventilation
For KEMPER AirDome, we offer the original 30 m² KemTex ePTFE filter and a compatible alternative cartridge with an ePTFE membrane. Both measure 350 × 1200 mm and correspond to filter reference KEMPER 1090729.
AirDome cleans air in production halls where welding fumes and fine dust arise at changing locations. The freestanding system supplements extraction at the workplace without extensive ductwork. 30 m² of filter area per cartridge
The original KEMPER KemTex ePTFE filter and the compatible ePTFE alternative cartridge each have 30 m² of filter area. In the AirDome version documented by KEMPER, six elements provide a total of 180 m². The cartridges have an open top and a closed bottom end cap with a hole.
Surface filtration and rotating-nozzle cleaning
The ePTFE membrane on polyester nonwoven retains fine particles at the filter surface. Automatic compressed-air cleaning removes the accumulated dust, which is collected in the dust container. The flexible pleated structure with spiral banding is designed for this cleaning process. This is particularly useful in a hall ventilation system operating during production.
AirDome in everyday production
KEMPER combines a compact footprint with a high air intake in the AirDome. The tower draws in contaminated hall air at the top and returns filtered air in all directions at the bottom. Demand-based output control and automatic filter cleaning are part of the system concept, allowing ventilation to respond to varying fume and dust loads.
Included items and accessories
The original filter includes an antistatic disposal bag, seals for the rotating nozzle and cartridge seat, and a fastening nut with a sealing washer. For the alternative cartridge, the disposal bag with cable tie is available separately.
