High-performance cleaning filter made of polyester fleece with laminated ePTFE membrane and a filter surface area of 2.7 m². Thanks to the microporous membrane, even particularly fine dusts are separated directly on the filter surface and can be easily cleaned again; laser dusts in particular are effectively filtered. The filter cartridge is an alternative to the original for TEKA LFE devices, which are used, for example, for capturing fine dust from engraving, cleaning or laser cutting. The filter cartridge complies with dust class M, tested in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69:2010 Annex AA, and achieves a very high separation efficiency of ≥ 99.9 %. The filter medium is encapsulated in synthetic resin at the top and bottom.

The filter cartridge is designed for jet pulse cleaning. The pressure generated inside the filter cartridge repels the accumulated dust. Straps running around the outside of the filter pack support the filter pack during jet pulse cleaning. The filter cartridge is an alternative to TEKA 6160600202706.
