KEMPER AutomationLine: filters for LaserFil AL, ArcFil AL and PlasmaFil AL
Find original filters and compatible alternative cartridges for the KEMPER AutomationLine: LaserFil AL, ArcFil AL and PlasmaFil AL. The range includes 350 × 600 mm cartridges with 15 m² and 350 × 1200 mm cartridges with 30 m² of filter area, each available with different filter media.
The three systems serve different metalworking processes. LaserFil extracts cutting fumes from laser cabins, ArcFil handles fumes from automated welding, and PlasmaFil extracts emissions from plasma and oxy-fuel cutting. All three use automatic compressed-air filter cleaning with a rotating nozzle. Our KEMPER range for stationary systems covers further equipment families.
Original and alternative filters in two sizes
The 15 m² cartridges are 600 mm long; the 30 m² cartridges are 1200 mm long. Both have a diameter of 350 mm. Filter area refers to one cartridge. Each size is available as an original KemTex ePTFE or PE-M filter, or as a compatible alternative with an ePTFE membrane or PTFE coating.
- KEMPER 1090728: 15 m², ePTFE – original filter or compatible membrane cartridge.
- KEMPER 1090730: 15 m², original PE-M – original cartridge or PTFE-coated alternative.
- KEMPER 1090729: 30 m², ePTFE – original filter or compatible membrane cartridge.
- KEMPER 1090731: 30 m², original PE-M – original cartridge or PTFE-coated alternative.
Media for automatic filter cleaning
An ePTFE membrane retains fine particles on the surface of the filter medium, where compressed-air cleaning can remove the accumulated dust. On the PTFE-coated alternatives, the non-stick coating on the polyester nonwoven supports this process. The cartridges are designed for rotating-nozzle cleaning in the listed systems. Their spiral banding gives the pleats the flexibility this requires.
Cartridge replacement accessories
Original cartridges include an antistatic disposal bag, seals for the rotating nozzle and cartridge seat, and a fastening nut with a sealing washer. The disposal bag with cable tie is also available separately for alternative cartridges. For the PTFE-coated polyester alternatives, we recommend an initial treatment with 400 g Precoat or 1 kg Precoat. This filter aid supports cleaning and service life.
