Replacement filters for PURE-AIR extraction systems
Here you will find an alternative filter cartridge for PURE-AIR extraction systems such as PA-1000SA and PA-1000SH. It provides 5 m² of filter area with an ePTFE membrane and replaces original version RCF-SE-325×450JPN-C.
PURE-AIR: extraction technology for laser processing and industrial manufacturing
PURE-AIR develops extraction systems for applications such as laser processing, electronics manufacturing and 3D printing. Depending on the device and application, different filtration stages are used, including filter mats, filter cassettes, activated carbon and cylindrical filter cartridges.
When replacing a filter, the design of the installed cartridge is therefore what matters. The alternative offered here is intended for devices using the complete original reference RCF-SE-325×450JPN-C. Its dimensions and bayonet connection must also match the existing cartridge.
Replacement cartridge for PA-1000SA, PA-1000SH and other PURE-AIR models
Device designations associated with this cartridge design include PA-800SA-HP-IQ, PA-800SA-HP-IQ-C, PA-1000SA, PA-1000SH, PA-1000SH-X, PA-1500SA-X, PA-800TS-LT-HP-IQ, PA-1200TS-LT-HP-IQ.
For the following FGS, D and DFS models, including the I versions, filter selection is also based on the original reference stated above:
- FGS: PA-FGS800, PA-FGS1600, PA-FGS2400, PA-FGS800I, PA-FGS1600I, PA-FGS2400I.
- D: PA-D800, PA-D1600, PA-D2400, PA-D800I, PA-D1600I, PA-D2400I.
- DFS: PA-DFS800, PA-DFS1600, PA-DFS2400, PA-DFS800I, PA-DFS1600I, PA-DFS2400I.
325 × 450 mm, ePTFE membrane and bayonet flange
The alternative cartridge uses polyester nonwoven filter media with an ePTFE membrane, a material weight of 240 g/m² and a filter area of 5 m². It meets dust class M.
Its distinctive feature is the upper plastic bayonet flange with eight outer tabs, an internal locking profile and a continuous gasket. Its maximum outer diameter is approximately 347 mm. The lower steel flange is closed.
