Filter cartridges for GRAM Filterline FL
For the 1320 mm version of GRAM Filterline FL, we offer compatible alternative filters with 26 m² of filter area per cartridge. Both replacements measure 327 × 1320 mm and use polyester fleece, with either a PTFE coating or a laminated ePTFE membrane.
Filterline FL combines cartridge filtration and a fan in a compact central extraction unit. GRAM uses this range to extract welding fumes and dust from cutting and grinding, among other applications. Automatic compressed-air cleaning releases collected dust from the filter surfaces into the dust container.
PTFE coating or ePTFE membrane
The PTFE-coated cartridge has a non-stick surface that helps accumulated dust release during cleaning. The ePTFE membrane cartridge has a microporous membrane laminated onto the polyester fleece. It captures fine dust at the surface and helps it release during cleaning. Both are available as compatible alternative filters for GRAM and are designed for jet-pulse cleaning.
How Filterline FL works
A pre-separator removes larger particles before the extracted air reaches the vertical cartridges. The cartridges then capture fine dust. The pressure difference across the filter controls the compressed-air pulses; the unit can also clean automatically after shutdown. This supports filter cleaning after the end of a shift.
GRAM Clean Air develops and manufactures extraction equipment for industrial workplaces in Denmark. The compact FL range is one of its central filtration systems. Our GRAM range brings together the available replacement cartridges and filter aid.
Precoat for the PTFE-coated cartridge
For the initial treatment of the PTFE-coated version, we offer Precoat in 400 g and 1 kg tubs. This filter aid forms an initial protective layer on the medium and helps dust release during cleaning.
