Replacement filter for PLYMOVENT SCS
For your stationary PLYMOVENT SCS extraction system, we supply the compatible 20302775 alternative filter. Its flame-retardant, phenolic-resin-impregnated cellulose medium provides 75 m² of filter area per filter in 860 × 585 mm.
The SCS provides central welding fume filtration with cleanable elements. An FCC150 arrangement requires two filters per system. The two filters provide 150 m² of filter area in total.

Cleanable cellulose filter for central extraction
In the SCS, extracted welding fumes pass through the pleated cellulose surface. Cleaning releases accumulated dust from the medium. This distinguishes the assembly from the disposable filter boxes for MFD and SFD. Phenolic resin impregnation is part of the flame-retardant media construction of the replacement offered here.
