Filter cartridges for PLYMOVENT MDB
PLYMOVENT MDB is a modular filter system for central welding fume extraction. Compressed-air pulses clean its elements. For your existing MDB, we offer compatible alternative cartridges in 325 × 750 mm, each with 15 m² of filter area.
Choose 20302415 with a PTFE coating or 20302515 in polyester fleece.
Alternatives to 0000100354 and 0000110004
PTFE-coated cartridge 20302415 replaces PLYMOVENT 0000100354. Its non-stick surface supports jet-pulse cleaning. Polyester cartridge 20302515 is the alternative to 0000110004.
Cartridge construction for pulse-jet cleaning
During pulse-jet cleaning, short bursts of compressed air release dust deposits from the filter surface. External straps hold the pleat pack in shape during compressed-air pulses.
Precoat and accessories
Precoat in 400 g or 1 kg packs is available for the initial treatment of cartridge 20302415 with a PTFE coating. The disposal bag is for packaging the used filter. More replacement filters: MFD, PLYMOVENT, filter cartridges.
