Filter cartridge for PLYMOVENT SFD
For your stationary PLYMOVENT SFD welding fume filter, we offer the compatible 20302645 alternative filter box. It provides 50 m² of filter area and is supplied already precoated. The initial coating is included in the price, saving you the application work.
The SFD forms the filter stage for a fixed extraction station. The disposable filter box uses flame-retardant, phenolic-resin-impregnated cellulose and measures 550 × 550 × 590 mm.
Supplied precoated
The applied precoat forms an initial protective layer on the filter medium. You save the work of applying it yourself and do not need additional precoat for this first treatment.
Large media surface in a square filter box
The cellulose is pleated and impregnated with phenolic resin, providing a large filter area within the square box. As a disposable filter, it retains captured particles in the medium and is replaced when saturated. The extractor has an aluminium prefilter ahead of this main stage; the box offered here replaces the main filter.
