Replacement filters for ESTA DUSTMAC F
ESTA DUSTMAC F is a modular welding fume filtration system for central extraction. It can serve several workplaces, extraction hoods or robot cells. Compressed-air pulses clean the filter elements during operation.
Compatible replacement cartridges are 20301221 with an ePTFE membrane and 20301321 with nanofibres. Both measure 327 × 1000 mm and provide 21 m² of filter area.
Replacement filters for the DUSTMAC module
The two polyester media give you a clear choice: surface filtration with an ePTFE membrane or the nanofibre version. The membrane helps deposited particles detach during cleaning.
Pleat pack for repeated compressed-air pulses
In the membrane version, the pleated filter material is potted in resin at its ends. External straps support the pleats during pulse-jet cleaning.
Accessories for filter replacement
