IVAT-Tower: replacement filters and secondary filters for Airtower FT 15,000 / 20,000
For IVAT-Tower, we offer a cleanable 37 m² nanofibre filter cartridge. For the Airtower FT 15,000 and FT 20,000, the range also includes a compatible 65 m² secondary filter. Both filter stages are available here, along with accessories for the main cartridge.
IVAT specialises in industrial hall air cleaning and today also combines it with heating and cooling concepts. The tower filters listed here focus on particle removal. The cleanable main cartridge and the downstream cassette filter each serve a distinct purpose in the air path.
Cleanable main cartridge for IVAT-Tower
The 37 m² cartridge made from nanofibre blended nonwoven is offered as a compatible alternative filter for IVAT-Tower. It measures 327 × 1200 mm and uses flame-retardant media with nanofibres. Its design supports jet-pulse cleaning: compressed-air pulses remove dust from the medium, allowing repeated cleaning during filter operation.
Secondary filter for FT 15,000 and FT 20,000
The secondary filter with 65 m² of filter area, also known as a police filter, is specifically listed for IVAT Airtower FT 15,000 and FT 20,000. This 1050 × 855 × 240 mm cassette uses glass-fibre media in an MDF frame and is rated ISO ePM1 80%. As an additional filter stage, it retains fine particles in the air downstream of the main filter.
The cassette's recorded reference numbers are IVAT POLIZEIFT20.000 and NOVUS FTE00014. The same cassette is also available for the corresponding NOVUS systems. See the equipment range under NOVUS AirTower FT.
Accessories for the 1200 mm main cartridge
For the used nanofibre cartridge, we offer the disposal bag with cable tie. We also stock 400 g Precoat and 1 kg Precoat for initial treatment of the main cartridge offered here. The filter aid supports cleaning and a longer service life.
