KEMPER SmartFil – original replacement filters with 25 or 42 m²
The KEMPER SmartFil is a mobile welding fume extraction unit for regular workshop use. Its adjustable extraction arm captures fumes at the welding point. The unit uses a replaceable disposable filter; KEMPER offers 25 m² and 42 m² versions.
Both are available here as original KEMPER round filters with an integrated prefilter. The 25 m² filter corresponds to reference 1090675, and the larger one to 1090517.
SmartFil for recurring welding work
KEMPER intends the SmartFil for regular work producing medium quantities of fumes and dust. The mobile unit can be brought to the workplace, with its extraction hood positioned at the fume source. Once saturated, the disposable filter is replaced.
Select 25 or 42 m² of filter area
The original 25 m² SmartFil filter is listed as KEMPER 1090675; older references also include 1090666. The manufacturer also offers the original 42 m² filter 1090517 as a SmartFil replacement. Both products shown here have filter class E12 and an integrated knitted aluminium prefilter.
Both round filters measure 600 mm in diameter and 440 mm in height. Their external size is the same, but the filter area differs.
Disposable filter with Safe Change Filter technology
The medium is housed in a round filter enclosure. The filter unit forms part of the removable housing, facilitating a low-dust change using the prescribed procedure. In the offered products, the main filter and integrated prefilter form one unit.
Cellulose and polyester nanofibre fleece in the round filter
The genuine round filters offered here use cellulose with polyester nanofibre fleece. The pleated medium forms the large disposable-filter surface. The integrated knitted-aluminium prefilter captures coarser particles upstream. The main medium and metal prefilter stage therefore come together in the removable filter unit.
