High-performance storage filter made of phenolic resin-impregnated cellulose – flame-retardant with a filter area of 50 m². The filter cartridge meets the requirements of dust class M, tested according to DIN EN 60335-2-69:2010 A, achieves a very high separation efficiency of ≥ 99 % and is easy to replace.

The filter cartridge is supplied factory precoated and protected packaging. This means no additional precoat treatment by the user is required before installation; after unpacking, the filter can be inserted directly into the suitable filter system. During precoating, the filter medium is pre-treated with a precoat filter aid, forming an initial protective layer on the filter surface. This can help increase the service life of the filter and improve cleaning efficiency.

The filter cartridge is suitable as a high-quality replacement solution for welding fume extraction systems and filter units where reliable fine dust separation and easy handling during filter replacement are required. Thanks to its precise-fit design, it is designed for the listed PLYMOVENT and LINCOLN units and can be used as an alternative to the original filter.
