Measuring Ø 480 mm × 600 mm, the cartridge is designed for systems handling large amounts of dry welding fume. The cartridge matches the FCC‑30 size. The 30 m² filter area provides long service life and uniform loading across the filter surface.
The filter cartridge is supplied factory precoated and protectively packaged. No additional Precoat treatment by the user is required before installation; once unpacked, the filter can be fitted directly into the appropriate filter system. During precoating, the filter medium is treated with a Precoat filter powder that forms an initial protective layer on the filter surface. This can extend the filter's service life and improve cleaning efficiency.
