This filter cassette, measuring 610 x 610 x 292 mm, is an alternative or replica filter specifically developed for use in various welding and soldering fume extraction units. It is suitable as a replacement for KEMPER main filters 1090227 and 1090004 as well as TEKA filters 10029 and 10030. It provides a cost-effective solution that reliably performs the function of the original filters.
The compact H13 non-cleanable filter is made of high-quality glass fibre fleece and achieves particularly high filtration performance with its large filter area of 17.1 m². Classified as a class H13 HEPA filter, it meets the stringent requirements of DIN EN 1822-1:2019 and ISO 29463-1:2017. With a tested filtration efficiency of ≥ 99.95 %, this H13 filter meets high air purity requirements and is used in various welding and soldering fume extraction systems.
Weighing approximately 15.7 kg, the cassette is robustly constructed and designed for long-term operation in industrial extraction systems. The wooden frame (MDF) provides stability and makes filter replacement easier.
