Filter cartridge suitable for VALCO
For your VALCO extraction system, we supply the compatible alternative filter cartridge. It measures 325 × 660 mm and provides 21 m² of filter area in flame-retardant blended fleece with nanofibres.
VALCO offers extraction and filtration equipment for industrial dust and fume processes. For VALCO SAX, we supply a different cartridge design.
Cleanable cartridge with nanofibres
The element is designed for jet-pulse cleaning. It has an open upper end cap and a closed lower cap with a mounting hole. The expanded-metal support cage stabilises the pleated medium.
Expanded-metal support inside and outside
The cartridge has expanded-metal support cages on both sides of the filter medium. They hold the pleated blended fibres in shape. During pulse-jet cleaning, compressed air enters the cartridge and releases dust deposits from the surface. The nanofibre medium therefore acts as a repeatedly cleanable filter stage in your extraction system.
