Alternative filter cassette suitable for KEMPER and TEKA welding fume extraction systems (Replacement for KEMPER 1090227 / 1090004 and TEKA 10029 / 10030)

This filter cassette with dimensions 610 x 610 x 292 mm has been specially developed as an alternative or replacement filter for use in various welding fume and solder fume extraction units. It is suitable as a replacement for KEMPER main filters 1090227 and 1090004 as well as for TEKA filters 10029 and 10030, offering a cost-efficient solution that reliably takes over the function of the original filters.

The compact H13 storage filter is made of high-quality glass fiber fleece and, with its large filter surface area of 17.1 m², achieves a particularly high separation efficiency. Classified as an H13 HEPA filter, it meets the strict requirements of DIN EN 1822-1:2019 and ISO 29463-1:2017. With a tested separation efficiency of ≥ 99.95 %, this H13 filter fulfills high demands for air cleanliness and is used in various welding fume and solder fume extraction systems.

With a weight of approx. 15.7 kg, the cassette is robustly constructed and designed for long-term operation in industrial extraction systems. The MDF wooden frame ensures stability and makes filter replacement easy.
