Replacement Filter as a Replica, Alternative to KEMPER 1090731
Filter cartridge with dimensions of 350 x 1200 mm for use in:
High-performance cleaning filter made from polyester fleece with a PTFE coating and a filter surface area of 30 m². The PTFE anti-stick coating ensures excellent cleanability of the filter material. The filter cartridge complies with dust class M, tested according to DIN EN 60335-2-69:2010 Annex AA, and achieves a very high separation efficiency of ≥ 99.9%. The cartridge is open at the top, with a closed bottom except for a 13 mm hole for mounting. The filter medium is sealed with resin at both the top and bottom. A strap spirally wound around the metal support cage prevents contact between the filter medium and the support cage, while allowing the necessary flexibility for cleaning with a rotary nozzle.
The filter cartridge is easy to replace and provides a cost-effective polyester fleece alternative with a PTFE coating, compared to the original KEMPER 1090731 cartridge, which features an ePTFE membrane.
Recommendation: In addition to this polyester fleece cartridge with a PTFE coating, we recommend the use of precoat - filter powder, which is also available an >> accessory << in our webshop Initial treatment of the filter with Precoat filter poweder increases the service life of the filter and improves cleaning efficiency.
Important Note: KEMPER Replica. Only for use with KEMPER systems. This filter is optimized for KEMPER extraction systems with rotary nozzles. Do not use in systems from other manufacturers with JET Pulse cleaning, even if the dimensions seem to fit. For such systems, specialized filter cartridges with the same dimensions but a different design are available at filter.shop.
