Filter cartridge measuring 445 x 630 mm, for use in welding fume filter units:
High-performance cleanable filter made of polyester fleece with ePTFE membrane and a filter area of 18 m². Thanks to the microporous membrane, even particularly fine dusts are separated directly on the filter surface and can be easily cleaned again. The filter cartridge meets the requirements of dust class M, tested in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69:2010, Annex AA, and achieves a very high filtration efficiency of ≥ 99.9 %.
The filter cartridge is open at both the top and the bottom. It is usually cleaned manually, for example with a compressed air gun, while installed in the unit.
The filter cartridge is an alternative to ESTA 01000261, CASTOLIN 305710, CASTOLIN 305720.
