The filter cartridges are supplied factory-precoated and protectively packaged. This means no additional precoat treatment by the user is required before installation; once unpacked, the filters can be fitted directly into the appropriate filter system. During precoating, the filter medium is pre-treated with a Precoat filter powder, forming an initial protective layer on the filter surface. This can help extend filter service life and improve cleaning efficiency.

The oval filter cartridges are designed to separate welding fumes, fine dust and dry particles in industrial applications. With their robust construction, large filter area and easy handling, the filters support reliable operation of the extraction system.
High-performance cleanable filter made of flame-retardant, phenolic resin-impregnated cellulose with a filter area of 26 m² per cartridge. Each extraction table requires 2 filters, giving a total filter area of 52 m² per system. The oval filter cartridge meets the requirements of dust class M, tested in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69:2010 A.
The filter cartridge is designed for regular filter replacement in the PLYMOVENT DraftMax and can be used as an alternative to the original filter. It supports uniform airflow through the filter element and is designed for operation in cleanable filter systems. The filter cartridge has the following dimensions: 2 pieces, 535 x 235 x 619 mm.
