This filter cartridge is dimensionally suitable for KEMPER FilterMaster XL and KEMPER Filter-Cell XL units. However, compared with the original cartridge, this very low-cost cartridge uses a very simple filter medium with a correspondingly shorter service life.
FilterMaster XL and Filter-Cell XL use timer-controlled compressed air cleaning, which places greater demands on the filter medium. For ideal operation and a longer filter service life, we therefore recommend a cartridge designed for this purpose with an ePTFE membrane :
About the cartridge:
High-performance cleanable filter made of Polyester fleece with PTFE coating and a filter area of 10 m². The non-stick PTFE coating slightly improves the cleanability of the filter material. The filter cartridge meets dust class M, tested in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69:2010, Annex AA. The filter cartridge is open at the top, the bottom is closed except for a 13 mm hole for fastening. The filter medium is cast in synthetic resin at the top and bottom. A belt wrapped spirally around the metal support basket prevents contact between the filter medium and the support basket, but allows the necessary mobility for cleaning using rotary nozzles.
The filter cartridge is easy to replace and is a lower-cost polyester fleece alternative with a PTFE coating.
Recommendation for optimising service life:
For this polyester fleece cartridge with a PTFE coating we also recommend using Precoat filter powder, which you can find in the Accessories category in our shop.
Initial treatment with Precoat can extend filter service life and improve cleaning efficiency. Precoat is particularly effective in systems where the filter can be operated without automatic cleaning during the initial running-in phase. In systems with timer-controlled cleaning (FilterMaster XL and Filter-Cell XL), the Precoat layer can only build up to a limited extent, which may reduce the service life benefit.
Important note: KEMPER replica. Only for KEMPER systems. Optimized filter for KEMPER extraction systems with rotary nozzles. Do not use for systems from other manufacturers with JET Pulse cleaning, even if the dimensions appear to fit. You can find special filter cartridges with the same dimensions but a different design in the filter.shop.
Warranty retention when used in KEMPER devices
All replica filters in the filter.shop are tested and approved by KEMPER. The device warranty is therefore retained when our replica filters are used in KEMPER devices.
